Operating Agreement
1. Enrolment
Please submit a completed application
form which we will evaluate and notify you of our decision
(almost all art websites will be accepted). We reserve the
right to end this agreement at any time if a site is considered
unacceptable for any reason (most likely to be due to being
of a sexually explicit, discriminatory or illegal nature).
2. Links
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty free licence to place the supplied link
banners/buttons on your site which then link to the Art Licensing
International Inc site for the duration of the Agreement.
3. Orders
We will process orders placed by customers who have followed
a link from your site and handle payments, queries, returns
etc
4. Referral Fees
We will pay you referal fees of 30%
(excluding P&P) of
the value of any orders placed by customers referred by your
link. Referral fees relate only to retail orders and not to
trade sales.
5. Fee payment
Fees are paid monthly by cheque where
the total value of fees due exceeds $20 (USD). If $20 (USD)
minimum is not reached by the end of any given month the amount
which was reached will be carried over into the next month
until the total is at least $20 (USD) at which time it will
be paid at the end of the current month. You should also
know that referral fees are paid upto 30 days after the end
of each month.
6. Modification
We may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at
any time.
7. Relationship
We will be independent contractors.
8. Limited liability
We will not be liable for any loss resulting from participation
in this programme.
9. Independent Investigation
By accepting this Agreement you acknowledge that you have read
it and understand it.
10. Law
This Agreement shall be covered
by the laws of the United States of America.
